Daylight Saving Time begins on March 8, when most Canadians will set their clocks one hour ahead.

The time change means an extra hour of daylight in the evening, but adjusting to the shift is difficult for many.

Even in areas where Daylight Saving Time is not used, the time change still has an effect when contacting people in other parts of the country or other parts of the world.

How much do you know about time, especially Daylight Saving Time? Take this quick quiz to find out.

Good luck.
